FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
1. What days do you deliver?We deliver 6 days per week. Monday to Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Public Holidays.
2. How can I order?Via our Phone App Ordering System, email, phone or text message Mark 0414 483 943 or by phoning and leaving a message at the warehouse landline 02 9763 7746.
3. I want to print out the Waverley Wholesale Credit Application formYou can print (or save as) the Waverley Wholesale Credit Application form here.
4. My staff member who normally does the ordering is leaving. How do I access the App so another staff member can do the ordering?If you are using the same email address to log-in then just press the Forgot Password once you download the App and we will send you a new password.
If you have a new email address then contact us and we will update your customer account login details and send you a new password.
(App Tip: Remember if you are updating passwords and logins for th App it is a good idea to log out or delete the app altogether then upload it again into your device so that it can fully refresh/reconfigure).
5. I didn't get my order after entering all the quantities through the App.After entering all the quantities for all the products you want, first press PLACE ORDER then you must CONFIRM your order. A confirmation email with the items you ordered will be emailed to the email address you have supplied for the business.
6. There is no exact quantity for the item I need.If an item comes per kg then specify .5 for 500g. If you can't find the quantity for what you need then simply specify the quantity and item in the comments section at the bottom of the product list or text message 0414 483 943.
7. I can't find the product/item that I need.Just specify "addition" or "please add" (including the quantity) and the item(s) you want in the comments section at the bottom of the product list or text message Mark 0414 483 943.
8. I can't find the product/item that I need. It was in the App list yesterday.If we know in advance that a product is not in season or simply not available then we remove it from the list. If you must have it simply specify "addition" or "please add" (including the quantity) in the comments section at the bottom of the product list or text message Mark 0414 483 943. We will do our best to accommodate.
9. Can I collect my order?Of course. Contact Mark 0414 483 943 to organise a pick up time from our warehouse at Sydney Markets.
10. What are the payment options?If you have an account with us we accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), alternatively we also accept cash or electronic funds transfer (EFT).
11. I'm opening a new venue. How do I get the most out of using you as our preferred supplier?Organise a time with Mark to come for a chat about your menu. Mark was a chef for 15 years prior to setting up Waverley Wholesale.
12. I forgot to order.The App cut-off time is 12am for next day delivery. You can still use the App. If you missed the cut-off time simply place your order for NEXT DAY delivery. Then specify in the comments sections the actual delivery date you want it. Text message Mark on 0414 483 943 to ensure that you get it for the day that you want it. Alternatively contact Mark and leave a late order message/text.
13. I don't want to bother you by calling or messaging you at an ungodly hour.Mark's mobile number 0414 483 943 is one of our main business number. It's ON and connected everyday. Leave a message and we will endeavour to get back to you ASAP.
14. I desperately need a fruit and veg delivery but I don't have an account.Give us a much notice as possible (at least 24 hours), then simply place your order by leaving a voice or text message. All we require is your full name, delivery address and a contact number. We will put your order as cash on delivery (COD).
15. Help. I can't figure out the App.Do not hesitate to let us know. We will sit down with you and go through the whole process step by step. If you prefer we can do this over the phone. We are always happy to assist.
