OUR STORY
Mark Kay started out as a 15yo apprentice chef. After honing his skills in the hospitality industry (in Australia and the UK) for 15 solid years he decided to swap the late night shifts for early mornings.
In 2003, Waverley Wholesale began on a shared desk in a small office with only himself and one small van in Waverley, Sydney. Today we have a warehouse at Sydney Markets. We are still a small family owned operation, however we have grown to a team of 10 dedicated staff members, eight delivery vans and one truck. From that very first day of service we are just as committed and passionate about what we do today. We strive daily in delighting our customers with premium produce at the best price.
To unwind and when time permits, Mark loves nothing more than paddling out, especially when the swell is this good.
